“We had a fantastic experience from the store and the carpet fitting team.James, the manager, helped us to pick the right carpet for the right areas of the house and even put up with our indecisive nature with charm and patience.Once we settled on a carpet, he explained the costing, any discounts available and sales at that moment and was flexible around fitting dates.Even when we had to reschedule it wasn't a problem at all.The carpet fitters arrived just as we had a leak in the room they were due to fit. They actively helped me to contain the leak, find the source, empty my system and ensure the damage was minimal. They couldn't fit as I had to get a plumber out, but they were incredibly helpful and resourceful.That said, all upstairs carpets are now fitted and we love them. No after issues at all.All in all, I would recommend this business to anyone looking for new carpets. We are very happy with the service, the process, the fitters and the product.”
