Spent 3 sessions for mortgage applications. Every time we were served by different advisor and we were told differently. The amount the HSBC would lend is reduced every time, eventually the amount they would lend is far less than what we need. The whole process is wrong and it is completely waste of time. AVOID DOING MORTGAGE WITH HSBC!!

I have been trying to log on to on line banking for this passed week I get to where all my details are excepted then nothing I've checked with windows and my computer is working perfectly i would like to cancel on line banking and revert back to paper billing but that means face to face at the bank do i have to make an appointment Ken Sullivan
