My review is for business account:
Awful service, especially staff on Saturday has no idea what to do for business accounts. They will simply say that they will forward it to branch Business manager on monday but NOTHING will happen. I had to go to the branch four times to get my work done! Absolutely reckless!

You can't speak to this or any Lloyds branch without waiting on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes at their call centre. Terrible service. Waste of time.
I have been on hold 30 minutes so far today.

All the staff in this branch are fabulous: efficient, knowledgeable, welcoming. It is a pleasure to have business here.
Today I had to come in twice; I watched the smiling and lovely Laura Faulkner greet and serve customers. It was utterly delightful and even though she wasn't serving me, she filled my day with sunshine. On my second visit, I was served by Laura and I received the same warmth and sparkle she had shown others.
What excellent customer service!!
