Poped into this McDonald's in Newbury was visiting friends went to the counter as dont like using machines asked for my order big mac meal large with diet coke and three chicken selects I tried to pay but they wouldn't accept my Scottish £20 note ???? WONT BE BACK

If it was possible to give zero marks I would. Ordered delivery through the McDonald's app at 7pm and it didn?t arrive until 9:15pm. Fast food it wasn?t. Apparently I can?t get a refund from UberEats because the order was correct when it arrived. Can?t complain to McDonalds as the app just points me to UberEats. Ridiculous!!

Useless customer service!!! I bought a new screen protector for my new iPhone 15, it cracked after a month, I was told when I bought it that it had a lifetime warranty, however, when I contacted the shop I was told I needed to go onto a website and enter the details, I'd have to pay £8 to get a replacement one and have to fit the new one myself!! I'd already paid £25 for the one that lasted the month!!! Terrible service, considering it had a lifetime warranty!!!

Today was the forth time that I have been into the Select shop and each time I have been very impressed with the service I have received, whether it was for my iPad or my iPhone. A month or so ago I purchased a new iPad and I had messed up a few things when setting it up (oops). Today I walked into the store and was served by Connor. In a very short space of time all was sorted and I walked away happy. Thank you for such good service.

Went in to get drinks with my mates when the security guard assumed we were loitering as we went in earlier that day and kicked us out even used force straight away with one of my mates hurting him and triggering his asthma. He even pinned him down against the floor shouting in his face

Ordered through Just eat missing items again its become a regular issue. The items are clearly written on the receipt but open the sealed bags and they are completely missing. No refund from anyone just a credit note to respend on the just eat app again. Please note Its not good enough having a family meal and half of us have dont have our food. It?s MISSING Then we have to reorder using more money robbing us of our family meal time, plus more delivery charges. U offer no compensation so we have to reorder with more money while we wait for a credit note on the justeat app. Not back on my credit card I purchased the missing items with. After this repeated kinda service we wont be spending anytime soon as the service as been awful. Its so easy to solve compensation for this kinda mess by sending new meals for missing items out free of charge plus refund back to the credit card. Most important READ THE ITEMS ON THE RECEIPT FIRST SO NO MISSING ITEMS.

I went in for a coffee before work this morning, but I should have went to Costa instead. The coffee, as always was brilliant; however, the store was not... I was served by a very efficient young woman (short and brown hair) but her manager, (name badge might have said Robert or Reuben) was just behind the counter slagging off their employees and on his phone despite the fact that his current workers were clearly having a busy moment, needing help. I also heard some very attrocious terms from his mouth. Some of their managers clearly need to be reconsidered and dealt with. But the coffee, as always, was great.

I couldn't ask for more when it comes to support and service. Luke had the patience and tenacity needed to unravel the knots I'd created in my files and cloud support, was mindful of cost when suggesting best options and really knew his stuff. The whole team couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. A great customer experience. I highly recommend.

Useless. Every interaction has been better off going to Basingstoke, no stock for repairs kept in store due to ?lack of store security? in the words of the staff. What?s the point of having Apple care+ when it?s met with an inadequate store.

On four occasions now we have ordered a Mcdelivery. Everytime we have food missing and is always my customized burger!! Who is checking off the orders?? Yes you get a refund but fries and a milkshake doesn't fill you up. Is there someone standing there with a burger going oops we missed that one again. Nothing seems to be done about it. Certainly will have to drive to get my food from now on as cannot rely on getting the correct food. So frustrating!!

Not great tbh chips are always slightly cold. Chicken nuggets are on point though!Nice cold drinks great for a hot summer day. I love a McDonald?s though

I ordered a 6 chicken nugget meal, and only got 5. Not mad, just disappointed really. The worker was nice though :)))))))
