Very kindly provided us with a cup of tea despite the fact that they were looking to close up at lunchtime. This is a small but very nice quiet place to relax and browse.

We've been providing Christian books and gifts for nearly 20 years now, our aim to resource Christians and churches with the things they need to help them grow in their faith. Shoemakers is a charity, based in the heart of Newbury town centre, to be a Christian presence on the high street.
