Very rude staff behind the western union counter. She told us a provisional drivers licence wasn't a form of ID so we couldn't use it to send money. When I choose to send the money to my brother who is also my mum's child in my name on behalf of my mum who was visiting from london and only had her provisional licence on her the rude girl behind the counter told me I cant and refused to do the transaction. An attitude like that wont get her anywhere..am surprised she's even got a job! We then went to Sainsbury's at their Western union and the lovely lady that served us there was actually shocked about the rejection of ID. Thank you to the lovely staff at Sainsbury's travel shop my mum got to send the money with her provisional licence. TUI...you need to employ people that knows how to treat customers...her attitude and tone of voice was a disgrace to your company. I book holidays, buy travel insurance from your company atleast twice a year. I would NEVER set foot back in your store again.

Rude member of staff dealt with us with a smirk that suggested he was enjoying making us feel small. The member of staff in question had clearly decided we weren't worth his time and he proved himself right, by making us feel so uncomfortable, we left as soon as possible. Will not be returning and I hope his manager addresses the customer comes second culture we witnessed.
