It?s been awhile since I have had an Asda breakfast. I can coy that they are still very good. The coffee was a bit thin and lacking in flavour but overall an excellent way to prepare for the Christmas food shopping

Love this supermarket. It's always well-stocked. The staff are professional and happy to help. The checkout staff smile and are friendly. I love the World Foods aisle. The bakery is first-rate. There are some great reduced sections as well. I literally bounce when I'm there because I know it's going to be a positive shopping experience. I wish all supermarkets were like this.

It?s a conveniently placed shop however? Why are there no tills open in the evening when it?s still extremely busy? There were 2 staff on the tobacco counter when there are barely any customers there, 2 staff not doing a lot at self check-out. I always use self check-out when buying a moderate amount but not on a full food shop! I think I will be choosing Iceland in the future for big food shops as they actually help with checking out, rather than just watching you struggle to fit everything on the trolley shop self check-outs. It was around 8pm so not that late? This is not the first time this has happened? Maybe next time I will have to leave my massive trolley, then the staff will actually have to do some work (putting it away)

Went there to collect my two "George" orders. After using click & collect point I had to wait around 10min. When the staff ladie came I had to wait until she's done chatting with other "customer" (they been discussing personal stuff) while the queue started to build up. When she decided to come with the parcels for all of us, she asked my NAME. When I told her she suddenly done two steps backwards and said that it's not correct. Her reaction made me feel like she expects me to grab the parcel and run away with them. I showed her my phone with delivery confirmation and she said that "she doesn't know what she is looking at". I told her that I received the information that I can collect my orders. She wasn't helpful at all!! I don't work for Asda and I don't know how exactly your online system generates the user name on the order stickers. On the website I provided my full name and surename. On the parcels there was only my surname. The staff ladie was very unprofessional and rude. I expected more professional behaviour. Now when I think of that it feels racist as well, as the way she replied was unacceptable. Very unpleasant and unexpected expense. Customer service below 0.

Good place to shop has everything you need under one roof, plenty of free parking and a cafe and Gregg's shop

Before the management changed a year ago, ASDA Lower Earley was a fine store. However, in recent months, it has turned out to be the worst, most disorganised store perhaps in the entire UK. The majority of the products are unavailable, every aisle is disorganised, and there is always a queue. Since customers regrettably don't have many options, the store manager and management should be utterly ashamed of themselves for turning a profit while sacrificing quality.I gave 1 star, but this is too much.

RacismI was buying fireworks with my mom and i am the one who listed out what should we buy.we eventually agreed that i will tell the employee what we would like since my mom isn't good at English lil. She asked for my ID and i do t have anysince im 14. She told me to step aside and let my mom do the job. I said that im not the ine whos paying and my mom would pay instead. She insisted that I shouldn't be talking to her so my mom came up as i stepped aside. My mom then struggles to talk to her as she doesn't really have good oral skills since English isn't her main language. I stepped in and assisted my mom by " yes we want this----". Almost immediately, the employee shouted out "you shouldn't be talking, or I won't serve you."and "if you say one more word, youre not allowed to buy this."I'm afraid that we won't be able to buy fireworks so i just pointed next what we want. I tried to argue that I won't be paying for this but this woman just insisted that I'm not allowed to give suggestions on what firework we should get.ASDA, I don't know if this is some policy or not, not allowing teens to give suggestions for a purchase, that but your employee has continued to told me to shut up as if i dont have a right to choose what firework can i get for myself. Although she might be doing the right thing, she she's talking in a very mean way, as she threatened us if I continued speaking, she won't approve the purchase.Details :Works at the kiosk, transaction of fireworks 05/11/23 14:41. Shes blonde, around 160 cm

You pay money for grocery delivery. Order arrives and half of order missing. You go to store to buy missing items and see them all on the shelves. The grocery pickers obviously couldn't be bothered to walk around the shop collecting the full order. Customer service useless as usual. Just try to point you in someone else's direction rather than help.

If you need a receipt from their fuel pumps for the fuel you have just bought don't bother, the machines never have any paper in them to print receipts.

Asda used to be known for its low prices. But now i notice that many things are more expensive compared to rivals. Petrol and diesel prices have also risen so there's very little difference between asda and rivals with better reputation for quality.Asda used to be a supermarket which was worth travelling several miles to get to - now it's only worth it if it's on your doorstep

They have rearranged products but they could not bother to update aisles? signs, it?s impossible to find anything. The worst part it?s been like that for over 2 weeks (since I first noticed) I?m choosing Sainsbury?s in Winnersh for my local supermarket. Ridiculous.

I had the chance of enjoying a delightful vegetarian English breakfast at the Asda Lower Earley Cafe and it exceeded all my expectations. The star of the show was the vegetarian English breakfast itself. The plate was brimming with flavorful and perfectly cooked components. The eggs were cooked to perfection, with a runny yolk that blended beautifully with the beans, although tomatoes were not grilled well-done and I missed the toast. The vegetarian sausages were savory and had a satisfying texture making me forget I wasn't eating meat. The hash browns were crispy and golden, adding a delightful crunch to every bite. Would had been better if there were some mushrooms though.

Although I live in Caversham,I regularly go over to Earley to stock up on my favourite cider. On this basis I tend to stock up and benefit from the excellent bulk buy rates offered exclusively by this store!Today ,as always the store was very busy and there was no Merrydown on the shelves. As I had made a special trip over I sought out a staff member to help in my mission!Frank ,the gentleman in charge of this area was so helpful! He found the bar code and checked the stock, said there should be a dozen bottles in the warehouse ,and duly set off ,returning within minutes with two six packs...I was delighted after my trip across town.I was really relieved to find someone who was so helpful against a backdrop of failing service levels in most retailers at the moment.I thoroughly recommend this store for both service levels and competitive prices...just leave some cider for me!

I have wasted so much money over the years on the disgusting fruit they sell.Water melons are always disgusting I Don't understand the manager on that section tries the fruit before they put it on sale many more people would shop here if they fixed this issue.

The pizza counter is never open anymore. It's so good, the only reason I go to this store, but it's always closed now. I've tried varying the times and days I go, but still nothing. Could you at least post a schedule for when it will be open to save disappointment?
