“Reading caravan and motorhome centre, you have blown me away with your attention to detail with everything.Jayden - from start to finish you have been truly amazing being a complete novice walking into the sales office only to walk out as a owner of a caravan feeling a lot more comfortable about the future for my family in our adventures. Jayden managed to answer every question that was thrown at him without judgment on how daft they may b see een freeeen at times as a first ? to meet the sale was into a win from the start.Michaela - Once all the work was completed with Jayden I then decided to finalize a few things Jayden was off so Michaela took the reins and kept the standards high. Couldn't do anything more to help and shown the basics of the van and what to expect along with showing us with support of the shop what is expected and needed to get on the road.Ian - definitely has the hardest job teaching me about the caravan. May have been painful for her but amazing for me almost felt like a professional if that is even possible. No question was daft and he didn't mind going over things again and again because that was unavoidable. A real asset to the team along with everyone else.Lyndsey and Jim - Once at this point with all the help from the others In the team they were perfectly prepared for my arrival having everything ready and awaiting for me along with showing me how things work and how to set up. Ensuring I wasn't wasting money on the items I wanted but no necessarily needed.Overall I couldn't recommend the company anymore. My custom will only be with them. The aftercare still once I had arrived at my home with caravan in tow questions I forgot or couldn't remember the answer too they just answered for me.Definitely all need a pay rise if you ask me. “Martin is truly a wizard with bikes. My CBR600F is 24 years old and not fuel injected so required old school skills and lots of them. Many service centres wouldnt want to touch it. Not Martin however. Stripped engine down and worked his magic. Purring like a kitten, the bike that is. Great stuff. Highly recommend.Service: Carburetor cleaning”

“Typical Euro Car Parts branch, smallish shop area, but the usual tardis like stockroom of all the parts they carry. Ordered online and used Click and Collect so was in and out in a few minutes after having a friendly chat with the staff.”

“Whatever you do, don't park in the furthest spaces. They are forbidden. They look like normal parking spaces but are actually for long term storage and have no lane connecting them. If you park there, your car will be lost and your spirit will forever wander the compound attempting to find a way back to your vehicle.Overall good service from staff, though some of them will occasionally order the wrong parts for you if you don't specify enough.”

“I walked in with a completely detached wing mirror in my hand and was greeted by the most lovely lady called Michelle at the front desk. She explained everything and sent me outside to be seen by a man called Olly. Within 20 minutes he had reattached my wing mirror and got me to my next event early when I didn't even think it was an option and I'd be buying tape. Single handedly the best customer service I have ever received by both members of staff ever. They were so polite and lovely and clearly respected and were friends with every other member of staff there. I was astonished at how amazing they all were and will be sending everyone who has car troubles to this halfords. Cannot get over how amazing they were thank you so much!!”

“Third time I have used Halfords WeFit service, twice for bulb replacement and today for a battery. The work is always done quickly and today I turned up early with battery problems and parked up expecting to have an hour wait. Ryan dealt with a customer in front of me and then changed my battery despite my early arrival.
