They don't have UPS access point and telling customer they do and accept it, so many hassles, feel sorry for the other guy, who didn't understand why his colleague accept UPS parcel, give barcode and receipt for tracking however it was for DPD. I lost quite important customer, money, review and still sorting out the mess!!! Not trustable shop, if you need to go there, check everything, but might be that the guy will stop talking too much on the phone and sortining things out with his family members in the shop and actually concentrate on what he's doing Lol hopefully ?
