Overpriced second hand furniture

Not impressed with the furniture pick- up. Stayed in and rearranged things so that I could be in for the required 8am to 2pm.Nobody turned up.I even spoke to the organisation earlier in the day and they confirmed that they were coming.Not good to be messed about so close to Christmas with so much to do.

Would steal clear, absolutely daylight robbery. Refused to deliver my goods even after I paid delivery fee. No delivery attempt was ever made. Staff told me they had no manager this week so they wouldn't be doing any work. Spent two days lying down the phone to me about where my delivery was and in the end the woman told me i would never get my delivery and to give up. This store is the reason charge backs on banks exist!Will never set foot in another bhf. This store has a serious problem with its staff.

Staff was nice and items were lovely, but when they state something in terms of 'delivery to the room of your choice in your house,' they should specify that they only mean downstairs. Or perhaps I just had a really bad delivery guys who refused to do what they are supposed to. One way or another, I had to get the giant, heavy shelf upstairs on my own as I live alone. I wanted to help a good cause but next time I'll just order from IKEA or Amazon so I get items that are not constructed yet and I can actually get them where I need to.

Delivery not done on the date given. Rude driver and his helper, not helpful at all on delivery. Will not reccomend.
