Waited over 40 min befor someone help me,I had to go to customer service and they the staff was not very helpful,I got a phone had it for 9 days and it kept cutting out the manager that was no older then 20ish trying to say I had to have it sent back and will have to wait 28 day.9 days I had it was not happy but after a hour they sorted it.

We attended there yesterday afternoon to enquire about an Apple Watch, we had to wait for 15-20 mins and none of the staffs came to help us although one of them said that he will send someone to us but including him and the others were seen just walking down the corridor repeatedly . I am sorry to say this but we felt like we were treated based on how our faces appear.

Takes ages to get anyone to serve you, they seem to have no people skills at all, products are fine but staff need a real shake up!

I have no issue with the household appliances department (upper floor) who are friendly, approachable and helpfulHowever the customer service experience from the lower floor team leaves little to be desired. On the numerous occasions I have visited the branch to purchase tech-related equipment, the staff on the ground (especially the manager) have been invasive in behaviour and often distracted by their phones.It would be purposeful for the branch to use their profits wisely to invest in proper customer service training.

Online order & Delivery of a New Bosch fridge freezer.Order online - very easy to use.Delivery: the 2 men who delivered this item (from Curry?s) were very friendly and informative, they contacted us 5 minutes before arrival, unpacked item and place it in kitchen.Based on our experience we would use this service again and would recommend them to family & friends

If you ever come across an employee called ?Manu? at this store don?t even bother talking to him. Never ever helpful. He will either walk past you like you don?t exist and pretend to be busy (just walking at speed on the shop-floor or on his phone) or if you try asking for help, all that he will say is ?we have no staff?. I have been shopping at this place for the last 4-5 years and every time we?ve gone in his never been helpful. Don?t know if his being a racist.A message to the management: I hope you look into this as a matter of racism which reflects badly on the brand.

Tried to phone the number that is listed here twice - waited over an hour both times for the line to just go dead.In store, the ?team leader? downstairs by the customer service / collections seems a bit jumped up on his authority and not overly helpful/empathetic towards customers

I wanted to purchase some headphones for my Samsung phone but was not sure which were compatible, I found an assistant to ask for help, he just said while pointing "they are over there on the back wall" he then walked away, I tried to figure out which one I needed but needed help.I could not find another assistant so left empty handed.I shall purchase on line, I would prefer to buy instore to keep shops open but it is getting more difficult when staff are ether absent or unhelpful

I wanted to come in and purchase a TV, as my current one unfortunately had a smashed screen due to an accident, anyway, we go in and, I?m assuming one of the members of staff, had a show laptop, connected to a speaker, playing loud trash which I think the youth call ?music? at a very loud level.So, giving them a chance, I touched the laptop and hit pause, so I could browse in peace but about 20 seconds later, the staff put it back on, I continued to browse but wasn?t willing to discuss business with the noise more akin to a party, rather than a store. So I got my TV from John Lewis instead this afternoon.

Me and my son went today to the Reading Currys store. Before we went in the Currys we went to TK Maxx I bought the game and winter hut. In the currys he put the game and his Adidas but near to the gaming station I was on the phone with my husband to asking him what time he going to be in the shop to come and collect. With in few min someone took his game and hat. Only one African family was around two ladies and two kids. I asked staff to check the cctv they informed they not working or some of them not cover that area. How shame is that big store and no cctv working? My son is upset he lost his pocket money and birthday gift Red Bull cap.

What the sales said are inaccurate, for several times! When you want to get help from Currys webpage, like webchat, they cannot help because online and store sales are seperate. As a result, I have to go to the store for several times which is annoying!

My God!!! I have never had such poor service! And the manager! Instead of problem solving, he was securing a 'big sale'!!I spoke to 3 different members of staff that basically pointed me in the direction I needed and that's it. I went to currys so I would get advice! Support with making the right choice! I was passed off like they had something better to do, while the shop was pretty much empty...Disgraceful!! This is why these big stores are dying.

Bought an LG TV from Reading yesterday. No user manual as such. TV won?t tune in all channels. Spoke to technical help - firstly South Africa who said my receipt showed I?d bought only some screen cleaner, when in fact was given this as a free gift with TV.Tried again and person not really technically equipped to deal with my query.
