It's a good pharmacy and staff are very helpful. Sometimes there is a bit of a queue / wait, like anywhere. Prescriptions are sent directly by the local health centre so all patients need to do is collect.

Just no. They have made me run to and from the Health Centre to sort out a prescription three times. Expect to queue 30 minutes Saturday morning to be made to feel like they are doing you a favour by serving you. Frankly, you would be faster to drive to another town than to use them for ?convenience?.

I am disappointed that whenever we call there is never anyone to take a call to answer a simple question. Some customers such as ourselves do not live within a few minutes walk and if someone could respond to a call that would improve customer service. I imagine that it would also be very helpful to those who are elderly and are in need of checking whether a particular medication is available. I do hope improvements can be made..

Excellent service by the team at DL Sonning Common, always helpful, good advice if you can't see a doctor ( or can't wait for an appointment) better than other pharmacies in the area that I've visited. This is mydefault stop for meds, and other necessities. Keep up the good work!

It's a Saturday and there is a notice saying the pharmacy can't open because the pharmacist hasn't arrived. Calls go to answer phone , so I've been there 3 times today . It's now 1 pm and I've had to call round to find someone who has my meds and can spare enough to cover me until Monday morning! I've always had wonderful service BUT surely Lloyds have a duty of care and use locum . pharmacists .

I?ve currently been standing waiting for one of the 3 people working here to process my prescription for about 20 minutes! I?m literally one of 2 people in here and they can see we?re waiting and doing absolutely nothing to help! Truly it?s been a long time since I?ve seen 3 people as useless as the people in here!!!!

Well set up for the current situation. One way system and tape on the floor. Everyone seems to be working efficiently. If the prescription isn't ready, you can wait outside and they'll bring it to you.
