Went after finding the DHL website wasn't private customer friendly. We needed to post documents urgently and quickly overseas so Reading depot it was. Very poor service. Paid a lot for next day delivery but they didn't deliver it. It said it arrived at the delivery depot at 6 am but they claimed it wasn't scanned and they didn't know where it was.
