Although outside warranty, a goodwill gesture was credited to my account and Kieren matched an amazing price available via LG direct online. Very happy customers of a new LG G3.”

“It's hard not to like HMV but it's also hard to understand how it's still in existence. When I stepped in there it felt like being transported back to the 90s . Rows of CDs and Vinyl . T shirts of Bands and posters . It almost feels like a museum as for me it contains nothing I need but was interesting to look at . Asides from this it is a nice store with friendly staff .”

“Went in for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised at the range of music on offer! As someone that buys cassettes I do have to say that there weren't particularly many interesting ones when I visited, however the ones I did pick up were all 99p, which seems like good value. Good place to easily buy blank cassettes as well!”

“Nicely Presented Oxfam charity shop, selling preowned women's, children's and men's clothes and shoes, books, children's toys, gifts, house hold items ,DVDs, CDs and vinyl. (And at the right time of year Christmas cards and gifts). The shop is quite busy so the stock changes daily. If you have a large quantity of donations you can park in the co-op car park and ring the back door bell. (If you are not registered for gift aid you should consider doing so as they get 25% extra on your donations from HMRC. You can pop into the shop to register anytime, or do it on the day.)”

“I walked in with a completely detached wing mirror in my hand and was greeted by the most lovely lady called Michelle at the front desk. She explained everything and sent me outside to be seen by a man called Olly. Within 20 minutes he had reattached my wing mirror and got me to my next event early when I didn't even think it was an option and I'd be buying tape. Single handedly the best customer service I have ever received by both members of staff ever. They were so polite and lovely and clearly respected and were friends with every other member of staff there. I was astonished at how amazing they all were and will be sending everyone who has car troubles to this halfords. Cannot get over how amazing they were thank you so much!!”

“Third time I have used Halfords WeFit service, twice for bulb replacement and today for a battery. The work is always done quickly and today I turned up early with battery problems and parked up expecting to have an hour wait. Ryan dealt with a customer in front of me and then changed my battery despite my early arrival. He knew what he was doing, and once the battery was replaced he checked to make sure no faults were showing. A friendly, helpful service that saved me getting my hands dirty, thanks Ryan!”
