Rubbish service let you wait out side for 20 mins in cold and then after comes so rudely to tell he can?t serve more . Pathetically rubbish customer service . Never gonna come here anymore . I do recommend everyone to boycott such rubbish company with rubbish customer service.They waiste peoples time.

Whatever you do, don't park in the furthest spaces. They are forbidden. They look like normal parking spaces but are actually for long term storage and have no lane connecting them. If you park there, your car will be lost and your spirit will forever wander the compound attempting to find a way back to your vehicle.Overall good service from staff, though some of them will occasionally order the wrong parts for you if you don't specify enough.

I ordered a part but a different part was delivered and for refund they took nearly 10 days after couple of follow up which is not acceptable.

Guy at the customer service desk is knowledgeable and doing his best but that's not the first time I'm coming over to EC and waiting 30 minutes to be served. It's a disgrace.. Is it really that hard to open another till ? there's 2 computers there
