Went in to get bulb replaced. Spent ages trying to get old one out. Was told I had to go to a garage as bumper needed to come off. Took to Halfords in Bracknell, they changed bulb in less than a minute. Wouldn?t recommend Winnersh Halfords

Useless. Used a gift card to order some Xmas presents. Managed to order online, but when I went to store to pick-up, one item wasn?t available - Halfords just cancelled the item. They said they?ll refund me, but still waiting. If they refunded me immediately whilst I was still in the shop, I could?ve bought an alternative item.EDIT. OK, I've upped my rating by 1 star, as Customer Services reached out to me and re-ordered the unavailable item. However, it took a "1-star Google review" for them to do anything. Too little, too late springs to mind. Xmas present given to my son on 1st Jan 2024. Happy Christmas.

Dodgy side light bulb successfully fixed but only after two trips. Original booking never appeared on their system despite getting a confirmation email with date and time, resulting in a wasted trip to store.

The manager actually called me to let me know that they could sort out my issue caused by the online store and the whole team was very helpful from entering the door to the way out, Ryan thoroughly went through the procedures with me and was very patient during the whole process. Overall satisfied customer.

I placed an order a week before Christmas for 2 bikes for my sons for Christmas. I arrange to pick them up on Christmas Eve @ 12, I had lots of plans that day prepping for the big day so thought preordering the bikes for collection would be an easy task. I arrived to pick them up at 11.55 the 2 lads that were there couldn?t find one of the bikes this took 20mins. The manager came and said I can take another bike but it needs to be built or I can wait for them to go and collect another one fromAnother store. One of the staff said they would go and get it as it makes no difference if choosing another one so he made the decision for me!! I?m frustrated that my order isn?t ready and that I have to come back. Not once did any of the staff members apologise for the inconvenience. So I popped to the shop and came back to wait for the bike. I left the store with both bike an hour and 15 mins since I first arrived and I?ll say it again with no apology. For the £400 odd I spent and it being Christmas Eve when most mums are busy I would expect better from Halfords. I would think again before returning to this store or Halfords in general. They need to work on their customer service

Tgank you, excellent customer service, a headlamp that I had bought about a month and a half ago had fused, it was under warranty hence I was eligible for a free replacement, they didn't have it in stock, they called another nearby store, it was in stock, I was going towards that store anyway, I picked it up.

Used Halfords click and collect service. Awaited for a collection ready email. After two days for the item to be available for collection, nothing so decided to go into the store and on the shelf were three of the items. So it appears from the order being made, no staff member could be bother to collect the item from the shelf and make me aware. Will be a while before I use click and collect from Halfords.

Very helpful staff. We came in just as the store was closing and the staff had a lot to do (boxes everywhere). Alex in the bike section was super helpful and sorted us out - also allowing us to do what we needed to in order to fix our bike. Thank you!!

Halfords is a very frustrating organisation to do business with. You can walk into the Winnersh store spend your hard earned (If you have the patience to wait for a member of staff). But if you need to call them even the local number reroutes to a call centre 1000s of miles away who refuse to go off script. They promised the store would call back, they didn't. I had a wasted journey to pick up a bike which I was informed was ready but turned out to have a defect, so much for rigorous safety checks. AVOID, AVOID, AVOIDUPDATE - The response from Halfords may suggest they care, but they have omitted to provide any contact details...UPDATE- they have now updated their response

I needed a battery and a couple of light bulbs fitted. Good products at fair price but fitting service not so good. I called in twice when either the fitting service was not available or the fitting guy was 'on a break'. Then tried booking a slot online but still had to wait 1/2 hour after the booked time before someone was free to do it. Then he couldn't get one of the bulb covers off, so I still need to take it to a 'proper' garage to have that done.

Third time I have used Halfords WeFit service, twice for bulb replacement and today for a battery. The work is always done quickly and today I turned up early with battery problems and parked up expecting to have an hour wait. Ryan dealt with a customer in front of me and then changed my battery despite my early arrival. He knew what he was doing, and once the battery was replaced he checked to make sure no faults were showing. A friendly, helpful service that saved me getting my hands dirty, thanks Ryan!
