BE AWAREI been to store for my e bike part lcd display unit for carrera vengeanceThey cost me a part price for that is bike value 20% and that?s without fitting.N when I asked further and asked it?s like you are saying bin old and the person said yes bin it. This is not way to treat customers.I will never going back to Halfords after this.

Went to the counter in Halfords reading and was told that I'm next in the queue that was at 4:30 pm for a 10 point check but unfortunately it is 5:30 pm right now and I'm still waiting. Hopefully they will remember that I am waiting outside and won't keep me for another hour. Very disappointed. I went to check and was told that the only colleague that can do the car check is on the phone and that I had to wait another 10 mins. I'm absolutely disgusted. Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars, you are forced to give a minimum of 1.

Absolutely useless - pre-ordered click and collect - told order was ready but actually only half the order was ready. Sent us to another Halfords to get the other half. Loads of surly teenagers and hopeless management. Go elsewhere.

Bought front windscreen wipers and had them fitted by Halfords staff, who let the drivers side blade arm drop on to the bonnet. When I got home I discovered a chip on the bonnet. Not happy.

Albeit that one of the technicians who was supposed to service my bike let the Team and me (the Customer) down- I have nonetheless given a 5* rating for the following reason: on discovering that one of his staff had not performed in the way that perhaps he should have, the Manager took over and serviced the bike himself to 'right a wrong'. The sign of a 'good' Manager/Management is not how he/she performs in the everyday running of his/her Dept but what action he/she takes when things go wrong and corrects it! This Manager through is actions stood up to the plate and won back the confidence and respect of the Customer (me). Also I should mention his Assistants Ali and John both of whom showed great tact and Cusomer Focus and the willingness to engage and help in an awkward situation. It is important, as 'front liners' that they too be recognised for the part they played.

The daily duty manager was fantastic with fitting my bulbs. I had to get back to Devon urgently and he went above and beyond to get me on my way. He was dealing with an impatient delivery driver and a very inexperienced staff member, whilst opening up the store.He quickly took charge by delegating instore tasks whilst he fitted my bulbs.Many thanks

Great shop and super friendly staff.I am a returning customer and all the staff have always been really good, friendly and helpful. Simon in particular has been very professional and I hope this review gets to the management as when people do work really hard - this needs to be appreciated. Well done.
