The staff at this branch are awful. Too busy chatting amongst themselves to serve their customers. The manager was just as sloppy, came out wearing music headphones - How disrespectful.

Very Poor Customer Service ... rude staff who make people feel intimidated - you should learn to be non judgmental. Manager not much better removes himself from the front desk so he cannot be questioned. Over 30 years of banking here with no problems will be changing very shortly.

Make sure you go to the self service counter, always more staff chasing you away from the service counters to the self service machines, than behind the counter
