If I could give zero stars I would. I received a message on the 16/05/23 regarding my order being ready for collection. I left work early and arrived by 7:15pm and it was closed with no one to been seen. Luckily the lady on the phone from customer service has sorted it out that my parcel will be delivered for me tomorrow instead. I travelled all the way across reading in traffic, to not be able to collect my order. I am very disappointed!!

I wanted to buy several vitamins and new employee acted in rude manner, had not updated prices of products in the store and then would not apply my discount as asked politely! Avoid these kind of people at all costs! Previous manager was nice and friendly but these type of staff make the whole experience bad. They don't accept they had made mistakes and act in a disrespectful way.

Kirsten served me to that which she termed was the most comprehensive COVID 19/Omicron kit that had been presented to her & one she would have recommended. Good Holland & Barrett shop located inside the Tesco. It's a separate business really so you pay anything you take from that store there and not at the Tesco tills.
