I had a slight issue with one of my rings so popped in to see Jacobs to see if they could help. The ring was thoroughly examined and it was clearly explained to me what the problem was and how it could be fixed. I received a note just 24 hours later to say it was ready to collect AND it had been thoroughly cleaned too.Amazing service from Jacobs and a special thank you to Mariel who I dealt with.

I found Jacobs when I was searching for the right engagement ring.From the first visit to the collection of the ring itself I can't fault the service. Having not brought much jewelry on my own before Mel and her colleagues did a great job guiding me through the choice and explaining the differences between diamonds etc.We will definitely be back for the wedding rings when the time arrives

I had the misfortune of loosing the main gem in my engagement ring while gardening so went to see if Jacob?s could help find a solution. From the off all the people were friendly and efficient. We needed to have a new ring made using the remaining parts I still had, plus choosing another main gem as the centre piece. Caitlin Harper is the designer and her style was relaxed, thoughtful and efficient. After several appointments to confirm the design I have just collected the very beautiful replacement but it still feels like the original one given to me 28 years ago but with a little update.This was a personal and individual experience from start to finish which is something that seems harder and harder to find.
