Walked 3/4 of a mile to pick up a fixed odds coupon for the football, I was told by counter staff that they don't have any anymore and would have to use a terminal, when I challenged him and told him that they do still give them out I was told the manager had told him not to give them out. Waste of my time and upset a regular customer. Skybet from now on.
