This chemist is useless they never pick up the phone and my meds are never in stock a chocolate kettle has more use than this chemist they are rude and absolutely useless use a different chemist coz I am I changed my chemist and have no more problems

Horrendous. I completed a booking on 17/5/2022 for a fit-to-fly antigen test to take place on the 24/5/2022 as I have a flight at 9:15 on the 25/5/2022. I was then called THREE HOURS before my appointment to be told it is cancelled. I was told "they don't offer this service" why can I book it then!?!??!!??!?!? If that is the case, surely alert ANYONE who books, IMMEDIATELY, that they won't get a test. This is a service explicitly within a close timeframe to what it is needed for. It has to be within 24 hours, and yet the staff here elect to not tell me until three hours before my test, leaving me to scramble to find one for my flight tomorrow. The stress that has followed has been horrible. Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional behaviour. Woman on the phone even asked me when I booked the test because they "check frequently". Here's a clue: if you have told me only THREE HOURS BEFOREHAND, YOU ARENT CHECKING FREQUENTLY ENOUGH. Absolutely infuriating. The worst customer experience I have ever had.
