A really poor experience. I asked that they lay 5mm ply as all other trademen recommended it when they quoted but got a call when he finished to say they had decided it didn't need it so had not bothered. They didn't charge me for the work they hadn't done (the only positive).

We got to hear about one stop property maintence from our local estate agent,we had andy and his staff come and decorate our whole house,we found them to be very reliable and professional.We have since recomended one stop to several contacts and buisness.Mrs Richards
