Just travelled 25 minutes to get colour for tomorrow and it?s closed. At 3:45 on a Saturday, when it clearly states on Google your open untill 5:30. Unbelievable.

Poor customer service. Went on Saturday and they let me buy all hair dye products . Had a bit of a hair disaster so went back the next day to buy some more products to help and they wouldn't serve me as didn't have trade card on me , I also didn't the previous day but they still sold to me . Now I'm stuck on a Sunday with a teen daughter who won't go out because of hair wrong and noway to fix. All very well needing a trade card, no issues there but be consistent and not sell one day and not the next.

I popped in here today looking for some advice on hair dye. Well what a refreshing experience it was. I was given wonderful advice on products . The girls really know their stuff I'm not much of a girly girl but really appreciated the time I was shown . I came out laden with goodies best part of £80 . It's not very often shop assistants want to give you the time these days . A very big thank you to Raj and Julie . I will be back.

It's a place where those working in the trade can purchase beauty products. There is plenty of free parking and its near to the A33 bypass.
