Reading store has gone downhill badly, items missing from order, no call to let you know what going on you have to chase them, called 5 times said would let you know but don't call back, had to call twice more for refund

Five stars for customer service for Darren W at Reading, every time I shop in store he goes out of his way and always asks if he can help, he is friendly, efficient and is knowledgeable regarding all products and where to locate them. He is extremely helpful towards his colleagues if someone else is struggling to help. If I can't find what I am looking for, he says just look for me and I'll help you. So a big thank you to Darren from me.
