Staff very rude to customers. The blond hair lady was behind the counter I told her I came to pick up the parcel from Amazon. I said I don't know which courier brought parcel. It came out was DPD. Lady was very hostile to me. I won't ever go there again.

The brown haired woman who serves behind the counter is incredibly rude. She is supposed to be providing a service but does not make you feel welcome with her sullen attitude.
