I was talking to a friend of mine on the phone about something I had ordered from Amazon, The sales person spoke to me very rudely saying "You are standing inside our shop and talking about Amazon?". Very very worst customer service. A lady named Donna was very rude with the customers. She did not allow anyone to touch any products in the shop. Very poor customer service even though the products were good. Never recommend Reading smiggles to anyone ??
