Service - non existent. I waited 20 minutes to be seen by someone, no one came up to me, instead they served 2 people before me that came in after me.They clearly need some sort of training or the need their attitude changing to towards people of colour!!I for one will not be going back to any Specsavers branches, and I certainly wouldn't recommend the Calcot branch!

Hi I am very disappointed in my new glasses. The are very blurry and need to bend my head over while driving to see properly. So the answer now is had to go back to my old ones. Will bring them into the shop when possible because I travel a lot.

After test cateracts needed treatment and optician at Calcot offered a quick service locally in Wokingham on the NHS. Surgery contacted me afterwards that I was on a long wating list at the RBH. Phoned SPECSAVERS serveral times via Basingstoke nbranch whoi cover the admin for Calcot. Repeatedly promised call back by original optician. Chased but not a peep.

My experience with going to specsavers was very good all nice and friendly and welcoming and was a very pleasant visit and experience and as well did not wait long at all was quick I was in and out .

Easy to book, my eye test results were all explained to me and I had great help choosing my frames. The staff were all great and I can?t think of anything that could have been improved upon. Thank you Specsavers Calcot.

So booked an eye health check, arrived early they took me straight through.The whole experience was excellent, the optician that explained everything to me was amazing .The team at Calcot Reading are a credit to the company ?Thank you

Waiting for a retest....after paying extra for the "deluxe" lenses !Is there such a thing??.....further reviews to follow.Having being fobbed off, they begrudgingly gave me a refund. My three stars were too generous. Broad streetbranch are wonderful.

Fantastic customer service at Specsavers - Sainsburys Calcot. Unfortunately my glasses took an unfortunate knock which meant i needed a quick appointment to replace them. The whole experience from booking a slot online to collecting them 4 days later was fantastic. The initial meet/greet and triage teams were polite and efficient and the consultant was incredibly knowledgeable. Everyone knows you can get a great 241 deal on frames at Specsavers so with superb customer service supporting the buying experience the team at this store will certainly be on my christmas card list.

Excellent eye testing by Harneet. She clearly remembered me from a year ago and was very professional and helpful.The lady who helped me choose and measure up for glasses was equally good but the young man who gave me the finished glasses was less professional.

It's unfortunate that having used Specsavers for number of years I had a really bad experience in this branch. I got a letter from Specsavers to book an eye test. I did an online booking and got a call the next day confirming the date and time. I left early from work to make it to the appointment. I was ushered in and eye pressure and visual acuity was done. When I was called in by the optometrist she refused to conduct the eye test citing that I was not due an eye test till later in the year.I told her that due to a medical condition I had a retinal scan in NHS and they recommended that I get my vision tested due to changes in my vision. However, she told me that I have to pay for eye test despite knowing that I have NHS eye tests.I'm amazed that Specsavers do not have duty for care for patients with medically underlying condition.

The boy behind the entrance counter was extremely rude.I was 1 minute late to my appointment due to being stuck in traffic I have come from 25 minutes away for this appointment as my eye health is getting a lot worse so I booked an appointment last night I come this morning for him to tell me to leave as I?m late I asked the time at first he tried to say I was 15 minutes over time but I soon corrected him and he then told me either way I?m not having my appointment!I would understand if it was severely busy but they had only just opened there was no one currently inside.I cannot believe over being 1 minute late and an empty store he would be so rude.His attitude alone was enough to make me feel uncomfortable to the point I didn?t even want the appointment in the end.Appalling service to customers
