So my item has been listed at this post office for almost a week. It is a signed frist class parcel that is tracked. I asked of there was a problem and they told me to come collect. I said i can't because i am the receiver. Then i was put on hold for 2 minutes when he picked up he said "go away" and put the phone down.... read full comment

Post office closes at 5pm and not 9pm, very unhappy after turning up at 8:30pm to be told the post office was closed and I couldn't pick up my package.

I like the shop but the post office times are wrong on the Post Office web Site, i.e the post office is not open on a sunday.
