Wish there is less than one star! I will not renew any of my contracts with this company. Where do I start with? So first if you want to sign a contract, they will do everything to help you out. Their customer service turns into zero star once you sign the contract which by the way you can never cancel. So if it?s a two-year contract, you are stuck with them for two years. I won?t mind this if they have provided me with the services I am paying for. However, I told them that I got two Sim cards because I wanted the other Sim card for my iPad, which I use for job purposes. The problem is that there is zero signal on that sim card where I work. It works fine in other places. For two years I have tried to cancel the contract of the second Sim card but I couldn?t so I paid the whole amount for two years without using the Sim card. They will never refund of course. They saw that my sim cart usage is ZERO for months yet they didn?t cancel. They promised a service but they didn?t deliver, which is their part of the contract. One time I went specifically to the store to update my address, but they did not update it! My broadband is also from three but they did help me when I had a problem with the speed (just to be fair)What bothered me the most and what made me write this review is that I went to the store recently, and I wanted to ask some questions about renewing/canceling my contacts. the guy there says that I have to do everything on the phone. Because I prefer face-to-face conversations I asked if he can help with at least the available options regarding my broadband contract renewal, he literally said ?Everything can be done on the phone I don?t know what is it difficult to understand?! I went all the way to the store just to be sent back home. I don?t remember I have ever felt this furious. I later did everything on the phone and the people on three phone customer services have always been so helpful and polite. I will never go to this store or make contracts again.

Don?t go to this guys it?s a scam three is a scam they will start charging you 200 pound and charge automatically big fraud rubbish customer service very unhelpful please guys don?t go to three and guys don?t listen to their responses to the reviews or anything they don?t care they are just liars fraud please go to another provider

Someome managed to get a phone contract in my name. So what did three do to help? They messaged the email account that the scammer made who obviously said there is no problem so three put it through a debt collection agency. Did have my address but didn't seem to think to send me a letter. Been to fraud team (poilce sent three refrence numbers). Still havent heard nothing from three obviously to busy playing snooker. Been told to wait another 21 days again. affected my credit score for the last 3 months. Aslo and this did make me laugh, three said the phone is no longer in use, well done the scammer has got a free device and changed the sim (honestly how thick can you be) Im now seeking watch dog and news team to warn people about the lack of sequrity. Also im not aloud yo see any details on my account for data protection act but there happy for me to stress about it and pay up (whitch im not paying as i never set this up). Been to store over 3 times and to be honest the staff there are useless(just sales team) just like the custermer service phone line.

Not at all happy with the customer service. Was sold a contract sim with all the wrong information. Went to the during their opening hours just to find out that the store is closed and spent 30 minutes standing outside their office waiting for the doors to open at 10 am on Wednesday. I want to cancel my subscription with you guys.

Awful service. I am being charged for a contract I have not signed and apparently I have to pay for an early termination fee for a contract I have not signed, terms I have not agreed to. After 15 years, I realise there is no other company which has provided such consistently poor customer service.

The customer attractions that were given on the first day while entering three was said to be great. But when you have to pay at the end of month then they gonna charge you more saying VAT and so on so. Like I bought a package of 100 GB.. They said it gonna charge 10 pound for the first 6 months and remain time gonna be 16 pounds but three is totally not doing that in reality. They are charging me around 21 pounds including VAT. I hate this company since I knew it is charging extra amount. I have requested my every family members not to use three sim ever.Please do not be fully trusted with those staffs who gonna attrack you showing those offers and you see that offer is cheap. In reality it's not like that. Please be fully confirm before buying... They gonna charge you many more extra amount. ?One of the worst company ever I have found???

Been the customer with Three for 10 years+, went to the shop on Sunday to discuss phone upgrade as I do prefer dealing F2F. What I have experience is shocking!. Have seen the deal ( in front of the shop on a stand ) and I said that I would like to go for it. Eimaan person I have been dealing with. She said that I can have this deal as an existing customer, so I said let's go for it. Then she said to me that they are doing further checks and back up the deal from me.....saying that I can't have it!!! and that she has never told me / offered me this deal!!! This is what you are experiencing even when you dealing with them F2F. Unbelievable....then a manager came out - Angelo - who told me that they will check with Three if they can offer me the same deal......Guess what, it is Wednesday and I still haven't heard back from them!! Stay Away from them and go elsewhere....been offered a deal with Vodafone £9 up front cost for the IPhone 14, 24m contract for £42 a month!!!!! Never again to deal with this unprofessional staff at Reading Branch. Safe yourself the trouble and use a professional company and people to deal with.I am really unhappy with their service.

I got myself a 5g Broadband hub and after 1 day my account's internet access got restricted. Tried contacting call center, Live chat and went to the Store too but no luck. I have cancelled my connection now. A complete disaster.

i usually do not come to the store for upgrades or anything i usually call customer service, but today i went to buy a new phone and i was immediately served by a girl name Rosh, she was super friendly and helpful she helped me choose a phone and explained to me about the benefits so i was super happy about the service. thank you once again Rosh.

I was served by 2 people obaid and a manager name Rosh, they were absolute friendly and made me very comfortable in the store, I received a text for the service but it got deleted hence I am leaving review on here. I simply want to put my gratitude for that day as they gave me the best customer service. I hope they get recognised for what they do in the store. Thank you
