Avoid this branch like the coronavirus. Jade showed the upmost disrespect to myself and my partner when we visited after speaking to her colleague over the phone and were advised to pop-in branch and speak to Jade. We travelled 30mins, paid for parking to be sat in front of her for approx 10mins whilst she stopped all interactions with us after her greeting us to come over. We eventually got up to leave and were not even show any level of customer service, Empathy or respect. Left in shock.

Georgia was efficient, friendly, considerate. Aware of our needs especially my profoundly deaf daughter. So our requirements have been addressed.

I went into the Reading store and saw Tanya who helped me book my trip. Tanya was so lovely and friendly and was really professional and patient. There was a lot involved and we got there in the end. Derice and Julie are also really friendly and helpful.Thank you so much and merry Christmas xx

Thanks to Tanya and the staff at Tui, I enjoyed a relaxing and carefree off-peak holiday to Malta, carefully planned and prepaid before hand. There were no hidden charges, all mini buses turned up promptly, the hotel had the best location on the bay. The Maltese folk culture night was superb and great value. Everything was in our budget and we saw in a short time some wonderful things. I thoroughly recommend the Tui branch in Reading.

Incredible Customer Service!!We live in Newbury but decided to pop into Tui Reading to discuss a holiday. We normally book holidays with British Airways and an Independent travel Company and have also starting visiting some other independent travel companies as well as we really value knowledge and the customer care they provide. However on our first visit we booked with the independent travel agents but we were blown away by the Store Manager Julie. So we decided this bank holiday to book a Christmas/New Year getaway and remembered how good a service Julie gave us so we decided to take a visit in the hope of seeing Julie.I had already initiated contact with a very reputable Independent travel agents but was still waiting for a reply after nearly a week of sending an email.Julie was very helpful and discussed with us our options from our requirements but also eliminated options if the requirements didn't match by using tripadvisor. Everything Martin and I discussed and might have concerns about without any hesitation Julie acted on them. So much so she even called the hotel direct to find out for us!! We realised after a while it was near to closing but also I needed to pop to get a few bits before the shops closed.Julie kindly offered for us to go and think about it and get our bits and she would be willing to stay as long as it took if we wanted to book!!! Absolutely outstanding service Julie. We had to go home as we had limited parking time. Once home we checked the hotel and discussed the holiday. I was able to find the holiday with British Airways for a little less, and the flights being slightly better as well BUT Julie's service was so amazing we have booked with Tui for the first time ever!! Julie is very inspiring and an an absolute credit to your company thank you so much for all you help ??

Nothing short of amazing!Me and my partner went into the branch to book our honeymoon for November 2023. They were swift at finding us places to stay around the world.And we landed a 14 night honeymoon in Saint Lucia with the amazing help and support of Tanya.And a big thanks to Jess for getting us really good quotes at the start of the process.Can?t wait to go!Thanks once again for all your help :)

Having spent over 3 weeks liaising with TUI Customer Services to clarify why I paid a room supplement of £508 on an online booking and to confirm the actual room we will be allocated on arrival to the Fives Hotel in Mexico in March as the room description on the TUI website does not match any room type on the Fives website, I was so frustrated to keep going around in circles being passed over the different departments because the TUI holiday sold me a BA flight, only to be told by 4 separate Customer Services Agents that they could NOT confirm the room type and suggested I personally contact the hotel for clarification. Why should I? Surely, TUI know what room type they sold me and charged an extra £508 supplement. Fed up with Customer Services at Head Office, I decided to visit the local TUI shop in Reading.What a difference I received in Customer Services from the very courteous, professional and efficient young lady "Jess". She took down all my booking details and actually called the hotel whilst I was in the shop at 11.45 am. Unfortunately, Mexico is 6 hours behind the UK and the hotel could not help her and asked her to call back. Jess said she would contact them again and come back to me. I left the shop. The following day I received an email from Jess confirming that she had spoken to the hotel, they had retrieved my booking and confirmed which room will be allocated to us on arrival. How easy is that TUI Head office. Perhaps TUI you should train your Head Office Customer Services Staff as you do Store Staff as Jess certainly went above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service. Thank you Jess.

Was greeting by the wonderful team at TUI reading who gave me amazing advice with my upcoming holiday normally book online but will always come back to the reading store even though I live in Slough! Can?t remember the lady I spoke with but all staff were just as nice and welcoming. Thank you

Tanya booked our upcoming holiday for us and can't thank her enough...we are fussy travellers with set criteria and she managed to find us a fabulous adults only resort in Cyprus which ticks all our boxes and took the stress of booking away for us!
