Prices are reasonableIf you want to pay VAT and at least minimum vages for your hard workers it cost money.If your car is heavy dirty don?t expect to do it with basic in and out as it taking lot more time to make it clean.This is just car wash not professional valeting

Terrible experience here today, I asked how much to clean my car inside and out, he took one look and said £33. It was quite dirty so as I had heard good reviews I agreed and he said come back in an hour.When I came back the wheels were still filthy, the inside looked like they just sprayed it and smeared the dust all over, still crumbs in all the places they had been and the edges of the paintwork were still dirty.I challenged him about it and he said to clean it fully would be a full detail and cost much more. At this point another man came over and they both started telling me if I wanted a better job it would cost more. They had my key and would not budge. As I had my 9 year old with me I had no choice but to pay.They were quite rude and condescending.Would never go back here, the place I usually go to in Tilehurst is much better, for a similar price they make my car look like new.

First of all the car wash is ?under a new local management ?this it what it says on their logos and the prices are ridiculously high (very expensive)I had my 4x4 up there and they left loots of mud marks on the passenger door and front bumper.No wonder why was that quiet.I will never visit again

Rude and overpricedOnce I had left a bag of new clothes in the car and they had taken it out (was told thrown away) didn't compensate or whatever. Went again today after 2-3 years the person servicing wasn't great and they told me it would cost 35£ for inside and outside when I asked if it included cleaning the seats he laughed saying no way only hoover, whereas other places hoover and wash the seats and all.

Having booked I couldn't see my booking. nor could I cancel it despite sending emails so I could to cancel my whole membership to be sure.I also didn't like that I had to give my bank details to join so they would be held on your site however infrequently I used the services which was another reason for my cancelling.

Specifically booked the car in online for the gold service to guarantee the time and date, got an email on the morning of the appointment saying my car had been checked in for the Bronze+ service. I arrived at my actual appointment time later in the day, was told (despite showing email confirmation proof) that I had downgraded to Bronze+. Incredibly rude, bordering on aggressive response from the staff there for clearly making an error on their side. For the cost of the services here, compared to the standard of the clean I would avoid at all cost.

They have a weird way of talking to people and do not respect the timetable they defined in the first place, so you end up showing up there just to be told they won't deliver any service, even if they are opened and sitting there. There are cheaper alternatives that are also much more reliable and do a similar workServices: Polishing

The manager was very grumpy, I arrived at 9am and parked under the gazebo as nobody was out and the windows were closed, he started shouting at me saying it wasn?t the customer parking space and to move the car. Then he looked at my car and told me that would have take one hour cause it was quite dirty , but when I came back from my food shopping in Tesco at 9:30 he still hadn?t even moved my car and only started when I went closer and e noticed I was around.I also left £1 between the cup holders buy the handbrake on purpose to see if it will come back and obviously didn?t! So £41 For a job that on average cost £20! Will not go there ever again!

They done a very poor job. Had a wash and wax, very slap-dash. Still had bits of polish on the car where they didn't wipe it off properly! Not worth £30
