Yodel is undeniably the worst delivery company I've ever encountered; despite my desire to rate them ZERO stars, Google Review unfortunately doesn't allow it.It's baffling that while other courier companies have successfully delivered parcels to our address in the past, Yodel claims they cannot locate it or access our property.I'm utterly frustrated with Yodel's delivery service.Despite claiming three attempts to deliver to my address, they never bothered to call or use the intercom when supposedly unable to access my property.After the third failure, they simply directed me to collect my parcel from their depot, which is ridiculous.I proactively contacted their customer service after the first failed attempt, requesting the use of intercom or a phone call upon arrival, but their drivers consistently disregarded this.It's unacceptable that they made no effort to improve communication or delivery methods.Yodel's lack of accountability and customer service is utterly disappointing.

Zero stars easily. Worst delivery company ever. Went in person to request that they deliver to me because I couldn't take the large item home myself. It's been a week of daily chats with their terrible customer service and absolutely no progress has been made. Still not delivered and they havnt seen the HIGH PRIORITY message that was sent to them. Useless in person and online. I'm going to request Noone ever uses this company.

No wonder they are in administration - customer collections point not open until 10.00am. In future, I refuse to buy from any company that uses this outfit!

States parcel put through my letterbox at 17:33 absolutely was not. Can?t contact anyone at Yodel to report now I know why Yodel has such a terrible reputation.

As with the other reviews, even though I gave the three words to pin point my exact address, at the last moment there was a 'problem' with the address. Why wasn't this picked up earlier?I waited outside the entrance to the flats as our buzzer wasn't working, and no attempt was made by Yodel to even find the front door. When the second delivery 'failed', I rerouted the package to my local Yodel depot, about an hour's round trip. The woman on the front desk was the only reason I gave two stars.Please can companies stop using this dreadful delivery service.

Worst company. My parcel didn?t come on expect day. The live chats just lie, they had my parcel for over 15hrs in the hub, no updates give. I was given time slot, waited all day. virgin media are at fault for picking a awful delivery service.

Your driver can't find my address for the second time despite it being evidently sign posted from the road. I've had other yodel deliveries and you can't get through to anyone - how am I meant to resolve?

Worst ever experience with a courier.I didnt receive my parcel.The driver said that he delivered my parcel but could not provide proof of delivery.No signature or Photo of where my item was left.The customer service is terrible and the phone operators seem to have difficulty understanding the nature of the problem,just giving out generic rehearsed advice which is not applicable.The chat room is even worse .There does not seem to be anyone who cares or can even be spoken to to try and resolve the matter.As a result of Yodels incompetence we are having to deal with a very irate customer whos car parts were in the package that Yodel failed to deliver.The supplier does not have anymore of the parts that were in the package that was lost so Yodel have left us in a terrible position.The whole situation has created immense stress and pressure for everyone involvedThe worst ever experience with a Courier.Do not use them.

I reached out to Yodel about delayed parcels. Previously, I've had numerous deliveries to my address without any issues. This time, however, there have been complications. Despite multiple live chats where I repeatedly provided my clear address and even included a note for the driver, Yodel reported that the driver was unable to locate my address. What's more concerning is that although I provided my contact number and what3words navigation coordinates, I received no communication from Yodel. Following just one failed delivery attempt, they returned my parcels. This situation reflects a lack of responsibility on Yodel's part.

Trying to return a parcel that has a deadline. Unfortunately the return is paid for so I have no choice who provides the service. I can find nowhere within a few miles that will accept drop off. All are saying either the machine is down or they have no room currently to store the package.Tried contacting them via their chat service, basically it's down to me to find a solution.Having wasted considerable time already all I can say is this seems sh1t with bells on. What a way to run a company.

I can see why yodel only received star on Google. I have been waiting for a parcel today with an expected time between 1023 and 1223 and tracked the driver using the app. However, when I was the next delivery suddenly, I was told that the driver had insufficient information to find my address. Having used the chat line to try and understand what went wrong and get the parcel redirected, as the driver was in the vicinity I was told that the driver had run out of time. When I requested, could I collect the parcel from the Depot, I was told that that would not be possible as the parcel was not back at the depot and that I would have to wait till tomorrow to get my parcel. I am confused to say the least, but totally dissatisfied with yodel and would never opt to use them to send a parcel in the future. I do hope that people at yodel read these type of reviews and make changes to their processes and quality of drivers to ensure that this type of situation does not continue to happen.
