I'm waiting to collect an ebay purchase. It was delivered to argos 2 days ago and still no contact from argos to tell me its ready to collect. This aside, this branch is usually quite efficient. The staff are helpful and polite. Especially during busy times.Perhaps they need more staff on the tills during busy times.

Called in today to return a faulty watch set . There was a number of people waiting for pick ups. One assistant was walking along checking customer orders & guiding along the right pick up point.I was served by a polite assistant who checked the faulty product quickly & refunded the amount back to my account. Staff very busy with collection but were still keeping their cool & serving efficiently.

Nice little Argos store located at the back of Sainsbury's. A modern looking store with a number of self service tills. Used click and collect service which was quick and efficient. Staff were helpful. Good location as Sainsbury's has a large free carpark, some of which is covered.

I found the Argos inside Sainsbury's in Slough well worth it. I didn't have to worry about parking - as you do if it was on High Street.There was plenty of parking. And staff were courteous (as there was a long queue).And I got the DIY tools I had reserved.

No member of staff here seems to know what was going on. There were orders piling up at the collection desk, receipts blowing all over the place, no one was given an order number for collection, and all the staff seemed to be doing was standing around looking at each other not knowing what's happening.I was thrown a box and told it was probably mine. No receipt or anything, no checking my order.Not a great experience all in all.

We visited the Slough Argos in Sainsbury and had a terrible experience with the staff in Argos, Ruby and Heidi in particular. We purchased a laundry basket. On collection this was damaged and dirty. We instantly noticed this and said we couldn?t accept the product, we didn?t have the card on us that we paid from. Ruby who was apparently the manager on that day said we shouldn?t have accepted the product, we explained we didn?t but one of the staff marked it as collected despite him seeing the damage and dirt on the product. Ruby then said she would put the money on the gift card. We thought it?s wise if we reorder the laundry basket there and then, when we did it said the value was £0.00. We did ask them to do it but they refused. We showed Ruby who said it was a ghost order. She then said the money would definitely come back in 24 hours, at the most 48 hours. She expected us to leave the store with £0.00 and just her word. I demanded to take the damaged laundry basket and something written as proof as her word was not good enough. She was very rude and seemed so uncertain. We waited not 24 hours but 72 hours no money returned to the gift card. I went in to Argos and spoke to Heidi another manager. I explained to her what had happened and she was very rude no customer service skills, no apology and she defended Ruby. She said the money would take 7 days possibly to be credited on. She said a lot of customers on the Sunday had experienced ghost orders. She then said Ruby had ordered a replacement laundry basket for us to collect, there was no communication of this. I exchanged this as Heidi demanded I come in the same day as she said the complaint will not be dealt with and it will not be resolved. I had to visit Argos twice in order to do this, a waste of time. We showed her the damaged product, no apology, she told us not to slag management off as they are under stress due to Covid. These people call them self managers, there behaviour and customer handling skills are disgraceful. I will be making a formal complaint.

Terrible store and pathetic manager. Unwilling to help and unable to exchange my broken item despite Argos advising over the phone this would not be an issue. Happy for me to be refunded and order online despite the price going up meaning I pay extra £40 to exchange like for like. Won't use them again.

I made an order today at Argos Sainsbury?s Uxbridge Road Slough and I am extremely pleased with costumer service provided by Emma .She was very supportive and helpful .She spent at least twenty minutes to help me with my purchase .Thank you Emma! Keep up the hard work .....you are Amazing!!!!!
