“The staff at Boots Slough are always so lovely, and even when it’s a busy period or understaffed they still do their best. I don’t think they get enough props, because I’ve witness customers act rudely feeling entitled to be served immediately. I don’t think the staff deserve that type of treatment, so the ladies at the till who are always so pleasant my warmest regards to you. Slough branch needs to increase their staff during seasonal periods for sure and provide support for those who are getting mistreated by rude customers. And thank you for always making my shopping experience enjoyable.”
