Cash machine not working, 3 people at the till all dealing with one customer, when I politely ask if they can open another till, they three of them rudely replay no, Slough is by far the worst branch ever, customer service is rubbis, the lady with the headscarf at the till, didn?t say hello, thank you or apologise for the time I was kept waiting, not only the need training in customer services and they also need to be taught manners

what a joke halifax is in general! declined me for a CURRENT account ....... i mean i would understand if i was asking for credit card but a current account to be declined is absolutely a joke

I have been at the Slough branch for one and a half hours but can't have access to a personal bank. I left there with sadness.

The customer service there is not professional.They treat you as idiots. Instead of explaining cons and pros, they encourage you to just do it and see hahaha you get trapped.

I have read some of the reviews , they are mixed but in my view the staff at this branch are tremendous , I have no complaints whatsoever . The manager is such a nice guy and the rest of the staff follow suit , especially Jas behind the counter and the really tall thin guy out front , could not be more helpful , keep up the good work and thank you .

It provides the worst service, the employees say the same thing every day, they don't know anything about their duties, they spend hours grazing the customer while they are just talking and laughing. This will make us angry every time we leave the bank empty handed

Worst branch of a bank ever, have had issues with Halifax staff in this branch in the past but today they showed their low level of professionalism again. It took an hour to get to know we are unable to sort out mortgage overpayment as would use different bank. What a waste of precious hour of my life. Stay away and use online or other branches if possible. Highly recommend NOT to use Halifax branch on High Street in Slough.

I booked an appointment today 6th of May 2022 in Halifax Slough high st branch. I brought my letter that was given to me with details and what to bring in appointment day. On arrival on d branch we?re taken inside and staff said they dont do face to face appointment anymore. I was so angry they didn?t tell us on the first place coz we where there a day before to arrange this appointment. It was unacceptable at all. I wasted my time that i need to take work leave for this. My mortgage with Halifax already 14 years and need to remortgage but the service in Halifax Slough branch is falling.

The staff are really helpful. Went with my mum and they looked after her. Way more staff helping inside so the external queue moved faster than my other bank and Halifax close later at 3.30pm which is a great help during covid.

Great service from the staff. The branch has been so well staffed through Covid and the staff ensure social distancing really well. Open longer than my other banks who are still only opening a few hours a day. Thank you Halifax for being so helpful.
