“I went into the Slough Bath Road branch not intending to purchase that day however after the great customer service I went through with the purchase. Cam Greeted me on our arrival and offered me "the greatest hot chocolate in Slough" while I looked around ( it did in fact live up to the challenge and was a very good hot chocolate)Cam took the time to show me the different types and brands of children's single mattresses. I picked between a few of them and I compared them on the sleepmatch as well as trying out the pillow test for my daughter. I was really impressed by the customer service and decided to buy the one I felt was the best. Cam was knowledgeable, approachable and helpful while remaining friendly and asking what I thought of the products to help me come to the decision.”

The previous layout was also identical to Home Depot in the states so someone had worked out a formula for shopping”

“John who works in the bike department was incredible! We brought my daughter in to choose her bike for her birthday, she has autism so it wasn't exactly a simple process. He was patient and kind and helped us choose the right bike for her. Then when I had difficulty assembling it at home, I brought it back to the store and he was just as helpful as before. “Brilliant experience all the way from Staff especially Tigan, Nahida and Jim at the tills. Words cannot express how I feel and i hope they get promoted or get the best bonus they have ever had. Nothing less than Excellent customer services from all staff. We just moved to Taplow and went shopping but all sorts happened especially my partner losing his phone and i must tell you how they all helped; Tigan was patient, kind, attentive, professional and there to help advice on all we wanted to purchase and advising on best choices for curtain rails etc and while on the tills paying she also did us a great service by going the extra mile and being involved to help at checkout with Jim. Nahida found my hubby's phone and was awesome about it, he almost had 2 heart attacks when he thought he had lost his new phone and when he got it back :) - Thank you! We are so so grateful. And Jim, your customer service, good humour and cheer with your patience and lovely personality completed our visit and made it worthwhile. “Our old oven went pop, went to this store told the young lad what we wanted he moved stuff around for us immediately to show us, very good service very polite, oven working as should, had a dent in the back that no one can see, definitely recommend them”

I was having a really tough couple of days and then I walked into Selco and was met by a beaming Kanchan who helped me so much I couldn't believe it. “The hunt for a new sofa was underway. My mrs and I decided to look for new bigger and more comfortable sofas, ideally with a microfibre finish.We visited Brent cross sofology and weren’t spoken despite being in there for 30 minutes trying various sofas out and exploring the swatches for each.We visited here and didnt get too gar past the door when Liam approached us, welcomed us and took us to view the sofas in our shortlist.He was brilliant in terms of patience, approach and knowledge. He answered all of our questions, helped plan out the delivery date, walked us through the finance options, sofa insurance and setup a basket for us too.It is the second time we have visited and purchased sofas from sofology and slough seems to offer better service than Brent cross and Croydon.We will be placing an ordered shortly.Thanks for the help Liam!”

“Called in today to return a faulty watch set . There was a number of people waiting for pick ups. One assistant was walking along checking customer orders & guiding along the right pick up point.I was served by a polite assistant who checked the faulty product quickly & refunded the amount back to my account. Staff very busy with collection but were still keeping their cool & serving efficiently.”

“Had a good experience with them recently, randomly ordered a new OLED TV and we picked it up the same day, a gentleman actually informed us we can get cash back if we basically refund and reorder it a certain way so we end up saving money too on an already good deal! Him and his colleague wheeled it out for us happily and we all realised it wasn’t going to fit in the car.They gave us some options on what we could do; get it delivered or come back with a bigger car. So they wheeled it back inside and waited for us to return with an appropriate vehicle and wheeled it out happily again.”

“In store experience was good, we ordered a sofa at the beginning of May which would take an estimated 12 weeks for delivery. After 11weeks we received an email providing a delivery date which is in a week’s time and asking for balance. At this point we thought we’d ask the store if they know of anyone local to discard the old sofa and we stumbled over many bad google reviews about problems and got worried. Admittedly the Slough store never called us back (as requested by the SCS customer service), but our enquiry was not related to the purchase and review on trustpilot for overall feedback and delivery service was good. A day before the delivery we were given a time window. On the day we received a call half an hour before delivery. The team was great and efficient. And the sofa is as we ordered.”
