Terrible terrible service, expensive, some items same from Rangers and far cheaper, terrible customer service, rip off place, no returns, I give five terrible stars for customer service and experience, avoid and save money. Would the owner care to reply?Won't bother to email but here it is: Firstly can you make your no refund policy prominent, and ask staff to mention to customers before taking money.Secondly, some of your stuff sold is choke hazard, we bought throws, and the fluff just comes and accumulates and ruings cloths, your own staff experience this, siting that we should laundry it first!We took for refund we good verbal and excuses, in the end had to settle for credit note, trying to use credit note few days later again same, and did not like to issue receipt for the items, none was issued. Really bad customer service and some bad quality stuff. Your shop is not cheap that is why constantly reducing prices, your staff needs customer service training, importantly some items are health hazard like the one I mentioned above.
