Today, February 5, 2024, I was at this bank's branch between approximately 12:30 and 14:30. There was a support service woman there, aged between 45 to 55, with a height ranging from 165 to 175 cm and weighing around 80 to 95 kg. She was a white woman with curly hair and wore glasses. She spent an hour serving a single client. By the weekend, there were about 8 to 12 people gathered, and it seemed like she didn't want to serve everyone. It was apparent that she was reluctant to assist those who came to open an account at the bank, finding some fault with everyone and sending them all home. It seemed she wanted to reduce the queue by not serving everyone and finding something to nitpick, thus sending everyone away. When I asked her how much longer it would be, she looked at me in such a way that her colleague came over and began to help me open an account. Then, that same woman came over and told her colleague that they do not accept a doctor's letter as proof of address. She wanted to send me home just because I asked if they would be ready soon. Is this a bank or a house of vengeance? Where do you find such incompetent staff? I spent 3 hours of my life and a lot of nerves just to ultimately be denied service. Why couldn't she just serve and open an account instead of nitpicking over the words I said?

Absolute shambles this place. 20 people in a queue. 1 person serving. Other staff just walking around asking customers what they need help with but nothing being done to speed up the process. Waste of time.

Customer Service non existant. Not enough staff available. Spent 45 minutes trying to pay a cheque in because it was oversized and wouldn't go in the automatic machines. Management need retraining on how to treat customers. Avoid!

Been there a few times and never had issues. Nice branch with AC and whilst you`re queuing they ask you want you need to see if they can help or not, so you don`t waste your time in a queue. Much better than Natwest across the road.

A bank is an essential service. This place should not be closed. The opening times for Banks already disregard full time employees #mostofthepopulation Now my nearest Lloyds is double the walk away. If there was at least an explanation I would not be so disgruntled.

Such an unprofessional place, please stay away from it! I went there to verify my documents to open an account. The staff had a looked at my documents and told me that everything is okay and gave me an appointment date. I even asked him again: "is everything okay with my documents?" and he told me yes we accept Home Office documents as a proof of address and booked me an appointment. Then I attended my appointment and they declined to open an account for me. Because they didn't accept those documents I provided but previously they told me that they were going to accept it! The lady was very rude and she didn't even listened to me to explain my situation. When I was talking to her, she was looking at somewhere else and didn't even properly apologize to me for wasting my time and leaving me in such an unfortunate position.It was easy for me to go to the another bank and set up my account on the same day! This indicates that the problem is with your staff not with my documents.

The last few days of going to high street Lloyds they have opened up late.should be open at 9.00 am but opening at 9.20 excuse was no staff all gone sick

The worst customer service. Rude staff not helpful at all. Manager extremely rude behaviour. Do not visit Slough branch go somewhere else instead. Manager named Lisa was unfriendly unhelpful and rude. They don?t deserve even 1 star rating.
