One of worse branch of one of worse bank. I have had terrible experience with metro I have almost lost my business because of this bank. I do not recommend anyone to use this bank at all. Specially if you have got new and growing businesses.

Paid a visit to this place to open myself a new account, and was greeted by the very nice receptionists who took my details and guided me on what to do.When my appointment came I was approached by a very helpful and well-mannered gentleman called Anil. He went through the process with me and explained everything in a professional and articulate way.Everything from taking my details, to proof reading, to final checks was done efficiently by the young man, and we were done in less than 20 mins, so massive thanks to Anil, I hope he goes far. ?

I'm seriously struggling for words here it took two members of staff to ask us about our requests and that we had to wait in a queue whilst approximately 5 members of staff were having a good old chat. Slowest service and the utmost incompetent staff - good luck metro bank

Worst bank I?ve seen ever , I went there today to apply a personal classic bank account for my grandmother, she don?t speak English , the staff member refuse to apply ,he said she needs English to apply for a bank card , If you are new and you don?t speak English they don?t open your bank account . I have one question for staff or to bank , if you guys go to another country and you guys don?t speak their language , but you need a bank account for your personal use , what should you do learn their language and wait 3 years to apply for bank card ?I?ve 3 personal account with metro bank ,I?m going to switch today with another bank .Metro bank is Worst bank ever .

3 times here to change my bussines address. No one knows how to do it. Waste of time. People socialising on their desk and leaving customers waiting. NO NICE.

I'm very disappointed, the DriveInn counter is constantly "temporarily" closed, I don't want to park my car in the crowded parking lot, which then gets scratched again, and then struggle to shift gears, it's terrible. If this is not changed soon I will no longer use my account.

Rubbish customer service. Manager arrogant and talks down to you. They don't care about customers time, they think you can sit there waiting all say. I was told to sit down in the middle of my transaction whilst they served another customer. I was there for 1 whole hour. Outrageous! Sack the manager asap.

I went this this branch yesterday and the service I received was 5 star. The girl that served me called Julie was very helpful and went beyond expectations, can?t thank her enough. Hope you guys gone keep up the good work.

If you want to open a new bank account, please stay away from Metro bank, totally useless. when you walk in to open an account, you will end up being attended by new trainees, after you explain all your situation and details and provided all documents you needed, there will be a one line message this trainee will send from his computer to the senior staff at main counter, the message will never have anything except, one line of what he wants to say, the answer will come back in one word "NO" . Having sit there for so long explained all your situation to someone who has absolutely no say in what they here, you will be out of the door in no time. YOU WILL REGRET GOING HOME SPENDING HALF-A-DAY in that USELESS BUILDING. PLEASE AVOID

Had a terrible experience trying to open an account with Metro Bank Slough. First, they said my documents were not complete. I went back another day to get the complete documents then the Customer service said their network wasn't steady and wouldn't be able to complete the account opening then he scanned my documents and asked me to return any other day to finish and I shouldn't bother to come with my documents as he has scanned everything. I then returned another day the staff said they wouldn't attend to me that day as they are busy and that I should come back again!!! I decided to give one last chance and returned yet another day and the staff asked for my a document. I told him the first person had asked me not to bother returning with them as they have all information they needed for the account opening. He said that was a different staff that he would need the documents else he would lose his job and asked me to go and return again!!!! I am beyond stressed unnecessarily and they don't care. Poor customer service. It's unbelievable. I have decided to go have an account with a worthy bank

Really disappointed by the customer service I have tried to open a child's account twice and turned away both times as they don't have time! I arrived at 3 30pm and branch closes at 6pm. How about you have a booking system? Which metro currently doesn't
