I went in there on Saturday after having an emergency appointment I had never been there before. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I waited 10 - 15 minutes seated on chairs provided which most appreciated. On the whole a nice experience .

The most amazing and caring people work in this pharmacy, ive been with moonlight pharmacy since 2010 an I refuse to go anywhere else my entire family are with this pharmacy, over the years they have gone out of their way to accommodate me and my family. Huma zahid naz and Bal (who has left now) and all the locums have been amazing I couldn?t say 1 negative thing about the people working at this pharmacy. I do suffer with severe mental health and they have always made me feel safe and comfortable 5* from me!!

Charged my pregnant wife for meds when it's on prescription, systems down, very rude unprofessional team highly unrecommended, didnt refund the money even though the owner said they will. Reported for poor unsafe practice.

Most racists place ! I have been to the gp in the same time with another lady with a child same age as mine. We both get the same prescription, Amoxicillin , 500 mg every 8 hours. I go to Moonlight and the man from there give the lady 2 bottle of Amoxicillin 500 mg in front of me and he told me he don't have for me. I show him the item in his hand and said this is different. The only difference was my skin color than him and that lady . After I go to 8 different pharmacy, I found the item exactly the same. SHAME ON YOU! RACISTS

Poor service, they leave you hanging on the phone, tell lies, delivery service is so bad, was told my prescription was being delivered, then it's not ! No one knows what they are doing, then they pretend they don't have a driver, they are unprofessional !!

Gave wrong medication, did not even say sorry. The new manager is rude and very unhelpfull. The previous manager was really nice, helpfull. Even my doctors receptionist said there has been a lot of complaints and people are changing pharmacy.

Went to get my prescription tablet. While serving to me man had phone call and walked away without saying anything. Then I asked another woman to serve me. She was very rude. Saying I should wait until that man comes.

Called in for my prescription of sleeping tablets and anti depressants, they sorted the anti depressants but couldn?t get the sleeping tablets yet when I turned up and explained I?m going away for five days they offered to sell me prescription sleeping tablets even tho on my record I have a repeat prescription

Worst unprofessional service ever! Waited 2 months to be told they have failed to act on a simple repeat medication request, despite my physically visiting them on 3 different occasions. Do yourself a huge favour and go somewhere else.
