If you know how to use the self service machines you can zoom in and out in a few minutes. Otherwise, if you need to use the counter facilities be prepared to stand in line for a long time.

Waited 30 mins and always there is a sign ?shortage of staff? eventually got served but no apology and very rude server. AVOID !!!

Personal stuff is more important rathen then sorting que half of the staff doesn't know proper things we have to teach them and don't know who's the priority when at work they just go inside and talk loudly in their own language.when we say ppl are waiting in the que what we get is yah ik ik instead of asking for apology I think they should go under training

2 counters open, 20 people in the queue so one clerk decides to close her counter and stick posters up then disappear for half hour. With so many unemployed in this country why can't they employ 1 or 2 more staff?

1 star is generous. No customer service and queue halfway down the shop. They've got quite a few counters but doesn't matter, as seems like one 1 person works there. If you're able to go to Stokes Poges (or any nearby), go to that post office instead.

As so many people have said before: it's a busy Saturday, there is only 1 person on the till, moving at a snail's pace.It is clear from how many negative reviews there are, and how nothing has changed, that Post Office Inc doesn't actually value customers.

Post Office from hell, always understaffed, staff is not proficient in English and very slow, lines are endless, can easily spend an hour and they don?t accept any parcels anymore. After an hour wait they will send you to the sorting office to post it there. First no Royal Mail Tracked was accepted, then no international mail, recently I was even refused 1st Class and Special Delivery parcels. Avoid this place at all costs

They don't take parcels anymore, before it was only international ones, now apparently their function as a post office has been repurposed. It would seem their only purpose now is sitting around with their thumbs up their a**** and doing s*** all.If you do ever come, make sure to plan at least a few days ahead since you will be queuing for an eternity (minimum of at least 30-60min). There will never be more than one counter open, unless you're extremely lucky and they're having one of their over-productive days meaning there are two counters open. This usually happens every three to six months, bringing down your waiting time by at least a whole minute.When planning a visit make sure to bring a translator which includes several Indian dialects, some of the staff's English is rather limited, and therefore communication might be impeded or not possible at all. Apart from that make sure not to ask any questions, they have no clue of what they're doing and their recommendations will likely waste your time or/and be false.If you have an open mind and are not discouraged by the waiting time, bring some popcorn and you might be able to pass the time watching them doing at what they're doing best which is driving customers insane.

Absolutely rubbish service.. it?s a Saturday and they only have 2 members of staff, one on the travel money side and one on main counter?..time is 3pm and queue has 15 people in it?this has been the situation for last 4 weeks?..

One of the worst post offices I've been to. The wait is always unbelievable, they always have a maximum of 2 people serving although most of the time is even less staff. The queues are unbelievable due to the lack of staff, I have waited for 1 hr and a half for sia payment ,the first lady who was handling regarding letter/BRP said me they are not accepting sia payment and when i showed her office on the internet from sia email it was showing that post office accepting and provide services for SIA then she replied you have to talk with manager then i went toward manager who was handling money she said we accept and we have to do on tablet but the tablet not works well this is a story of slough high street post office ,if they cant perform well they should leave the job

Reached here early morning (around 8:30ish) on Monday so I don?t miss my work and no one?s here, update the opening time if it is wrong or if you guys don?t want to work as simple as that !!!

Welcome to the world of worst service ever possible. Slower than snail, and complaining gets a strong rebuttal from the only local lady)If you are retired and/ or jobless, lonely, time isn't a problem and have very strong knees to stand for couple of hours,you might have hit a jackpot here.

Only 1 person on the till when there is a long queue. People who have been referred to fill in forms are then allowed to jump to the front to return the forms. Great service (not)
