I would highly recommend not buying anything from ford shop through their site. Communication was done through emails which took weeks to do a simple return. Once they recover the item back and told me the money will be refunded up to 10days, it’s been 3 weeks and no emails back nor can you contacted them as the phone...

Absolutely useless. Lied about delivery and Jack so called asst managet Wouldn't resolve the issue just wanted to argue got very aggressive, because he was caught out lying
