I had an appointment for a manicure & biab gel nails with Jack and a pedicure with Hannah. They did an amazing job and made me feel so pampered. Their hygiene standards are extremely high, as they use new equipment on each client. I had the luxury pedicure which included a foot scrub, foot collagen mask, massage ,foot cream, finished off with a hot towel. My feet have never felt so good. I will definitely be a returning customer and would highly recommend them for anyone else looking for a new nail salon.

I moved to the area quite recently and wanted to find somewhere to get my nails done regulary. The staff were pleasant and i love my nails however the lady who was doing my nails cut me deeply and i started bleeding. I showed this to her and told her it really hurts. She apologised. I did not want to make a big deal at the time but my nails were really hurting. When i got home i started washing the dishes and the cut stinged so badly my fingers started swelling up. I feel quite upset by this as this place is really close to my house and would of been really convenient to have this as my local beautician place but after this experience im left with i dont feel confident i will go back again to get my nails done from them as I am in alot of pain. Overall nails are lovely and the staff are friendly.Service: Manicure
