My girlfriend had rung over 5 times during course of day to check prescription was ready phone just rang. I called in on way home and mentioned about no one answering phone to be told by an extremely rude lady that they were answering phone and that girlfriend must be basically lying. Prescription been in there 4 days still not ready got to go back before it closes. Absolute shambles and girlfriend is collecting it later so she can ask woman why phone is never answered

Extremely rude staff, needing to collect an URGENT prescription to be asked if i could collect it a week later! Honestly no words. I would rather catch a 20 minute bus to the pharmacy than use this one which is a 5 minute walk from my front door!! I appreciate they are understaffed but surely looking at the medication i require should indicate that no i cannot come back 4/5 days later...

Never answer the phone when you want to check prescription is ready as do not text you when ready, & for the fourth time I get home receipt half not there as they presume everyonedoes onlin & find half my prescription receipt missing . Not impressive.

Most staff have quit, didn't notify anyone through text or email service that they are having issues so caused a one in one out policy at the pharmacy, meaning prescriptions where not in stock for most even when order over a week an half a go when done through the online service forcing many people to go to Boots round the corner or all in town centre in Newbury. The only form of notification was on the door about one in and out and not about staffing issues. This is a pharmacy and main job is given medication to people that need it meaning if other pharmacies don't have your medicine meaning some peoples life was put a risk due to incompetence and lack of communicating to make people aware of their issue so we could act according to change the location of the pharmacy to make sure no one goes without their required medication especially the vulnerable.

This branch is the worst pharmacy I have had the displeasure of having to use!!!!Rude, unprofessional to quick to get you dealt with, causing items to be missed!Never open which should be updated or their site or on google as google tells you that they are open, can?t get through on the phone, journeys made to get there only to find the store is closed yet again!!!All more than frustrating, not on??

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Messing about with people's medicine that's vital to keep them alive. No cares given just poor me I'm on my own, well actually it's illegal to open on your own so there must be more staff

Don?t know when I can collect prescription because they won?t answer the phone. It rings out and when I immediately try again it goes to busy. This makes me wonder if someone is taking the phone off the hook

I have used Lloyd's at crown mead for a long time and the staff are really friendly and helpful and I feel very sorry for them the way some customers treat them kicking off at them when there grievance is not there fault people need to realise they are one part of what makes a pharmacy and treat them with more repect

Rude staff member in Thatcham Kingsland centre told my husband that they weren't taking anymore prescriptions (he'd just handed his prescription over) - no explanation or anything. Thinking that perhaps there wasn't a pharmacist on hand, I asked if the pharmacist was out - this member of staff snapped back "No, just not taking anymore today or we wouldn't get finished tonight '
This might have been the truth but she could have apologised then offered to take the script and asked us to return the following day, or something. I also asked about a click and collect item which lloyds online had said was ready for collection, but she said "Nope, not been delivered yet " even though they had emailed me to say it was ready and waiting for me to collect.

Really slow, always ?missing? prescription, no acknowledgement of customer when standing by the till. It wouldn?t hurt them to say ?hello, I am with you in two minutes?. Always chatting with their friend-customer for ages, no acknowledging the fact there is a queue. I wouldn?t use the place if I wouldn?t have to. Unfortunately, it is only place where GP sends prescriptions.
