A large boots with access to both floors via escalators or stairs. The staff were friendly when I had an issue and helped resolve it quickly.

Terrible costumer service unorganised management.Tried calling about 5 times no answer. The prescription glasses I have ordered two pairs about 2 weeks ago only 1 pair was ready. Went to collect it to the front desk all the employees hiding behind the display wall finally one of them came out acting like she's doing me a favour helping me. Never order from Boots again.

Oh Boots, why change the location to a few yards down without thinking of your customers.Baby section is on floor 1 where you need to get a lift. When the lift is broken what do you do? Go through Daniels, then try pay for your items but told to pay downstairs. Well I would be stealing if I have to go through another shop back into boots to get to the tills. Oh but you get to the tills downstairs and no ramp but a lift. By the time you have the buggy in the lift (for 3 steps) the child is having a melt down. Why not put in a ramp? Windsor has lots of families and Boots was great for baby supplies. Shame its losi

Always getting very helpful and friendly customer care at Boots Windsor from the staff there ( some of which have been there a long time so please keep your loyal staff when this particular branch is shortly moving to a smaller location!)It is an unwelcome move for many of your customers ( myself included!) as it will mean less choice of range of products as I have been told ( not everyone is able or likes to shop on line as an alternative). Also, as a negative comment: you have replaced all the manned tills with the self service ones, leaving just one where you can speak to an assistant when you have a query.Invariably, with the coupons to scan, machine not always functioning properly the customer has to call out for help and once again your super staff is there to sort out your transaction!Bring back some of the " human" tills please before all that technology swallows us all up!

The store manager was very abrupt, before hearing me out said refer to the back of the receipt for our terms and conditions!! (The rest of the staff are helpful but seems the ?manager ? badge has gone to their head and they?ve forgeten customer service!) . Very computer says NO level of customer service. Will be our last trip to the store as quite frankly rude!! Wonder why the store is getting less customers when there?s a competition over the road in Superdrug who are always very happy to help and super polite!!

Boots is probably one of the best one stop chemists in Britain. For people who don't know it, I always find the staff polite, courteous and helpful. If it's a personal need, I would bet that Boots can help. pharmacy to perfumes and aftershaves. Give it a go.

Absolutely useless pharmacy staff... really need to dig deep and pull the stick out of their backside! Would recommend a back alley "pharmacy" over this place

I witnessed a female pharmacist swear brutally at a member of the public and was not reprimanded nor dealt with at all by senior staff. Find it disgusting that they will have a sign that says this to customers but staff can swear at customers without any consequence. Disgusted.

It's a boots. Has all you need, in beauty brands, body/hair and healthcare. Pharma and staff are always efficient and helpful. Can get quite busy on the weekend

I am a regular visitor to this store however today there were more staff again. One of the staff on the No 7 counter was particularly helpful and professional making my visit. Good range of products.

I went here back in June, when masks were mandatory. Not a single member of staff I saw was wearing a mask, and they all had sunflower lanyards on. Statistically it is near impossible that every single member of staff in that store has a hidden disability. Maybe one or two genuinely do based on probability. But I highly doubt this boots branch can honestly say every member of staff they have hired has a hidden disability. If the staff dont want to wear masks, I?d rather they just didn?t than hide behind the sunflower lanyard, as its damaging to people like me who ACTUALLY have hidden disabilities, and wear a lanyard to make people aware of my condition incase I collapse in public due to my disability and need assistance. Because of people like your staff, I get weird looks walking around with my lanyard and my mask because people think its an anti mask thing. And don?t realise it means I may need assistance. This shows a complete lack of care from this store towards the disabled community. On top of that there was no one at self checkouts to help, had to search the store and they kept walking away, and I was overcharged.

The lady at clarins is so lovely and helpful. Genuinely wants to help and is so understanding. I never leave reviews ever but she was so nice i just felt it was the time to. Thank you for being so polite and not rude- often this happens at beauty counters but the lady was so positive and efficient. Very happy
