I went in to dedworth Road boots this morning, and was absolutely disgraced at the lack of hygiene!!!! Not only does it reek of mould,the floor looks like it has never seen a hoover or mop... was so bad I walked out to go to another chemist. Really this is unacceptable considering its a health care shop.....

Good service, was helpful, but they didn't have Aspirin. You know the basic one, without added extras. I have no clue why a chemist would be missing such a basic supply... perhaps it's because it doesn't have much profit margin compared to the ones with extra stuff in that I can't take?

The new pharmisist is really good and cares about the people he sees ,especially the people on controlled Drugs he tries to get to know them and is helpful ,we think he's great.

I never write reviews or comments, but I was looking for this store's number online after the day the pharmacist helped stop me from considering the worst thing possible (ending my life). I was so distraught after losing my parents this time last year, it was the anniversary and I had a stressful day at work. I left early and went to this store to see what herbal stuff there was to help me get through the evening. The staff the person refers to in the previous review under 'Windsor Resident', was the same guy who took me aside, away from the queue into the confidential space and he was so great. He just listened and he just reminded me of a member of my family, let alone a professional, just so compassionate and caring. I cannot describe it better than that! I feel awful as I left the pharmacy and the lady on the phone started shouting at him as he went in to check a prescription she was waiting for; I think this is the same person writing the review 'Windsor Resident'. I feel really guilty now, having read this a few days later, knowing I probably caused him a lot of stress, having kept him in the room for 10 or so minutes longer than I expected. Just wanted to say, if the lady who wrote that review sees this message, give him a chance, he's only been there a few months as far as I can tell from the past visits to the store. I know Mala too, I think she's been there the longest out of the team there but she has been really helpful too in the past. Anyway just wanted to say this pharmacist is a top man, I didn't get his name, sorry. Great store, run by a real professional, but just so humane and compassionate. I don't want to have to go to a pharmacy as thankfully I am healthy, but if I had to, I would come here in the future. I never left any personal details for the pharmacist, I hope someone at his head office reads this, because he needs to be recognised for how kind he is and how great his team were on that same day the customer under 'Windsor Resident' is stating - the store was not empty, I was there, as was another man and a woman who wanted to speak to the pharmacist after me, so I don't know where the person got that from. To end on a positive note, guys, keep it up and thank you from the myself and the whole community here in Windsor.

Absolutely shocking customer service, not a one off experience but several times over the years, the staff are so rude, told 5/10mins wait for your prescription and 20 mins later I'm still waiting, and NO APOLOGY FOR THE DELAY, it takes 2 seconds to say sorry for the delay, even worse when I am THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE. I totally understand if they are busy etc, but no excuse for lack of customer service. I will not be returning there again and nor will any members of my family, whom I might add have also experienced disgusting service.

Young new pharmacist by the name of Waqar gave me fantastic service today. I admit it was my fault that due to the unexpected oversea journey, medicines were at the back of my mind. I am so relieved that as I have just finished packing my bags to fly off in the early hours. Poor young man stayed until the end of the day after to resolve the issue. Having a multitude of complex health needs, he was just the right kind of pharmacist Boots needs. I got everything I needed and his colleague helped me buy a few last items for the trip. I hope that others see this message, and are reassured that as far as I have seen the service at this store has improved ever since he started working there. Thank you again!

Very poor service on several, too many, occasions, it was not on just a single occurrence. I've presented my concerns in relation to the poor service, or for better words, the lack of it, however the staff is more focused in finding excuses than interested in resolving their customer's concerns or even in improving the service provided.
I have been a regular customer as I have monthly prescriptions. I have never provided feedback online nor I am a person that complains, I prefer to ignore and move on rather than wasting energy on complains, however because the service had been constantly so bad for so long and is clear an unaceptable lack of effort to resolve the issues, that I've decided to write this review and cease my relation with this pharmacy today.
Dedworth Boots pharmay has just pushed away 4 customers.
