I found out about this salon through their instagram profile where they post pictures of their work - everything looked really lovely so I decided to call and book an appointment. The staff seemed professional and friendly, we also exchanged messages on instagram to establish what service will be suitable. During the service the hairdresser was nice and chatty, the atmosphere in the salon seemed really good but unfortunately that's about it in terms of positives. I paid £250 for a balayage, a trim and a blow dry. My hair looked quite nice directly after the service, however when I washed my hair two days later (using high end shampoo and conditioner for colored hair), the toner washed off - it disappeared completely which is definitely not normal, because toner should last on one's hair between two and six weeks time when matched and used correctly. Since the roots have not been done with anything - only because the hairdresser convinced me that "there is no need to cover the roots because there isn't a lot of gray hair and it will BLEND IN nicely with the balayage" - every single grey hair on my head is now visible again, the whole balayage looks a bit patchy and so to say "old school" compared to today's industry standards since it's no longer covered up by the toner. I messaged the salon to let them know I'm not satisfied with the service and explained why, however the response wasn't very nice and I've been offered to come back for a correction with the toner, but I decided not to go back there mainly because of the quite cheeky overall tone of the conversation and the apparent lack of accountability from the hairdresser?s side.

I went yesterday for a whole re-style of my hair, and Karolina was amazing. She did such a good job, took so much care in her work, and my hair looks so healthy and happy now. I HAD BEEN STRUGGLING WITH HAIR STYLISTs that are not interested in their art.The ladies from icon are passionate and amazing from the moment you walk in. You are welcomed and seated.The salon is modern and extremely clean with a warm atmosphere.The ladies fill you with confidence when it comes to haircutting and colouring.I have been getting compliments on a daily basis as a result of their work.From getting a full consultation,coffee,and an amazing head massage, the ladies are top of their game.Considering the difficult times we are having the salon is great value for your money.This is the only salon i will now trust.Services: Hairstyling

Absolutely loved getting my hair done by the lovely Joanna. Joanna listened to exactly what I wanted and I was so pleased with how it turned out. So much to love about this place. Friendly and professional staff that make you feel welcome every time you go and haircuts that never disappoint. There are many hairdressers in Windsor but Agatha, Joanna and team are a cut above the rest. I recommend them wholeheartedly

Icon Hair is far and away the best hairdressers I've ever visited. Agatha, Joanna and Caroline are not only very skilful; they couldn't be more friendly and helpful - and work brilliantly as a team. I moved to Windsor with only a couple of months til my wedding, and was anxious about finding the right hairdresser. They came up with the perfect colour and cut for me, and styled my hair for my big day in a way which made me feel like a million dollars. I've been going there ever since, never hear anything but praise from other customers, and couldn't recommend it more highly.

Had waxing and eyelash extensions and very very happy with the results. Super fast drying Lyon wax was almost painless and gave very good results. Natural lashes I can hardly even feel on. I've been waxing for decades and this is one of the best. Will DEFINATELY return.

The best hair dresser in Windsor... Windsor and Eton... South East England! : ) Agata and her girls are hair magicians. The atmosphere in the salon is always great. I've been to many different hair salons in different countries in my life but I've never witnessed the same level of professionalism and skill.Most importantly, customer are treated with respect here!Don't go anywhere else for colour, cut or treatments.
