Great shop. Fantastic staff who are keen to help. Great stock and offers.Just watch out for the parking. New company has taken over and reduced the 2hr free parking to 1hr. Go a minute over and it's a £100 parking charge notice.

The selection is great but the store ignores the Majestic Wine online offers and charge whatever they feel like. Stopped to buy a bottle of tequila and while I was there I also picked a bottle of wine. I decided to try a bottle of tequila I haven't tried before marked £25 in-store only to find out it was marked £20 online and when I mentioned to the cashier he played a little dumb and said oops we didn't change the price. I paid for the tequila and wine and left. I didn't think anything of the wine when I paid but then I realized I was also overcharged on the bottle of wine by almost £2. Probably another "mistake" Either way, even though the wine selection is great, the trust is gone. Luckily there are so many other honest places in Windsor.

A wonderful overall experience which incolved the selection of some wine and hire of over 200 glasses for a birthday celebration. I dealt with 3 separate people when collecting my order and returning the glasses, and couldn't fault the service!

What a difference an Ed makes! Been in a couple of times, trying to make a decision about wine for a party and nothing clicked, just indecisive. In store today and Ed, new manager, helped make my day through his confidence, valuable experience and direction (and he?s got charm ;-).Wine and beer and ice sorted. Thanks Ed.

Brilliant service from start to finish! I was organising a party and the staff spent time to help me decide on the wines, glass hire and delivery. Really very friendly and helpful bunch. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

A great store with very professional, efficient, knowledgeable but most important friendly Staff. Great wines from around a fiver up to over 250 quid. Well laid out, always clean. Quick Tip, give the staff a price and or a style and they can find you a belter. Better still ask them what the staff favourites are.. some immense wine they" keep secret" that they can let you have.

As always this is a smashing Majestic branch. Very friendly staff, well laid out stock with plenty of room to safe distance. Oh and a great range of wines to sip, quaff or guzzle!!!
