“I just wanted to express my gratitude and thanks to Connor for his outstanding customer service. I was experiencing a few technical complications/set backs with number transfers from a closing contract to a newly purchased contract. Connor was attentive and understanding, comprehensive in his knowledge and demonstrated great capability in assisting me with addressing and resolving the issue at hand. As I said to him in store, I feel that his performance is more than deserving of a promotion, in recognition of him being such a valuable asset to the 3 Windsor store and company as a whole!”

“So I had a major issue trying to pair my Sons new pro controllers with his meta quest II headset even though I followed the instructions to the the letter. My Son then suggested we try Cex, he said “they’re the experts so let’s go there” @cexWindsorDillon & Liam were absolutely amazing, these guys really know their onions and managed to diagnose and fix the problem which I couldn’t of done. While we waited my Son played on their games console and I found a B grade headset I’m going back to buy. Thank you Dillon & Liam, you are absolute superstars!!! ???”

“It is a nice store with a variety of products and services. If you come and need help with a repair, they can look at it and help if that is in their competence. I have been a client for almost 7 years of 02 Business and after all, I find it is a good company worse to give a try.”

“Visting UK and Europe for a couple of weeks and this was the first store that sold sim cards that I stopped at. Started at 2GB data sim card and though--ok, can at least access internet. But found out that it doesn't work right away, took a while after activation to actually make phone calls and access internet. Employee was helpful but the phone was not active at the time I left and I was worried it would not ever be. So I purchased two sim cards at the Carphone Warehouse a few doors down, (one EE and one O2) for less money and 5GB data each. Vodafone worked in Switzerland, O2 was roaming there. It was difficult to top off and add service, so I never ended up doing so. Vodafone app was nice but really, I should be able to top off on it if it were well designed, which it was not. Easy on EE. Used EE for the most part, including adding data. Plus EE let me activate a hotspot so my daughter could use internet when her Vodafone 2 GB ran out (after 2 or 3 days--data hog). So rating of the store and employee was a 5, but vodafone service was about a 3.”
